Fortune Saeng Chan Beach Hotel Rayong - SHA Plus

I had an amazing hotel stay for two weeks. Very service-oriented and friendly staff, fresh and peaceful environment. Wonderful room with a sea view and super tasty food at the restaurant. It was great to swim in both the pool and the sea. The hotel gym was excellent. It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest 7/11, but it's good to get some exercise. It’s also very convenient and cheap to travel around with a Bolt taxi. I will definitely return to Rayong and Fortune. Rayong is not too "touristy" yet and is very charming and peaceful.

We appreciated the large, quiet room. The swimming pool was also very nice, and the gym looked appealing, although we didn’t use it. The air conditioning was very effective. The staff were extremely friendly, and the room was cleaned daily. Every day, we received two bottles of water (0.5 liters each). A special thanks to receptionist Rita, who was exceptionally kind and provided us with detailed information about our return to the airport, which was a great help.

The location was great , next to the beach and Fresh Air. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was amazing view to the river and actual town. Comfortable bed .

The location right across from the beach was exactly what we wanted. The staff were responsive when we asked for a shady place to sit and moved tables and chairs under a tree on the beach front itself. The beach itself was clean and the water clear.

I really appreciated the beachfront view and the overall features and services provided by the hotel. Special mention goes to Junny, the receptionist: although she was always busy doing various tasks every time I asked her for help, she always responded with a smile and provided me with a solution in no time. Outstanding job!
